[WATCH] The Evolution of Wyndham’s Culture and Ethics

By: Ethisphere

At our 9th Annual Global Ethics Summit this year, we had a chance to catch up with Korin Neff, Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer, Wyndham Worldwide about what it means to be a fifth-time World’s Most Ethical Companies honoree and trends in ethics and compliance. We’ve found that tone at the top really resonates with senior leadership.

Interview highlights

Lessons learned over the years

Neff: One of the primary lessons learned in regards to our ethics and compliance program is that it is evolutionary. You won’t get a perfect compliance program overnight, instead, it should grow with the external and internal risks.

Trends in ethics and compliance

Neff: Some of the trends at Wyndham Worldwide include having a strong tone at the top, starting with the Board of Directors and ensuring that they are abreast of the various compliance issues and risks facing the company.
